it has come very clear to me that a toxic player dos do not care if he has to keep making accounts. they just buy cheaply stolen accounts to troll with or script on . to combat this there should be a last resort of IP ban in place. but here are a few suggestions anyone has

players doing ranked should be demoted or summoner level lowered or both that are being detected for bad behavior on that note some times it's the victim of bad behavior that gets punished that has its own set of problems more on later.

unranked games should follow the same punishment.

now for the exploit of vote system that is sadly exploited and everyone agrees and dos it before a game ends a targeted player bye group of players decide that this player will be reported with vote system ether this player is a victim of abuse or the punishment is justifiable in most case this is players just get reported and everyone dos it just causes they don't like someone for whatever reason.

riot needs to highly consider making it harder for players to exploit this. players with a history of bad behavior vote should not even count I know this is the case and what is happening cause myself self have had a few accounts banned let me explain.

so Example overtime I find my self losing my temper to other players' behavior toward me and then I have let the bad behavior community won and I say the wrong thing and result in me being banned. to combat this riot would need to overview reply the ai system can not detect falsely reported players. the end result I violated the rules instead of muting players trigging me

I have tried my best to not be biased and type this out of anger only here to attempt to point out some major flaws. please reply to this post respectful and understanding think you. i waited before posting this and not typing this out of anger should not have to repeat my self

Why would you buy stolen accounts When you can get a botted one for less than $2

Riot does not ban because of "votes". Riot punishes you if you misbehave. The number of reports you get does not matter. Who reports you does not matter. Your violation of the rules does matter.

you are correct what I was trying to say is that when you are at violation some times is after being harassed bye same players that report you system dos not take in to play the other players that are avoiding violation trying to trigger you

If they’re violating the rules, they’ll be punished if you report them. You don’t get to violate the rules just because they started it.

If you’re getting triggered by them when they arent violating the rules, that’s not Riots problem. You don’t get to violate the rules just because you’re frustrated.

You're just lashing out at riot because of your dissatisfaction with your performance. You should honestly be looking at yourself first when you are feeling upset/frustrated.

What are you doing wrong, is it really the world thats out to get you or is it something else?

I typed this up when I was clum no guides I can read will correct others' behavior and I don't respect you trying to troll me. no matter my skill level the fact remains and the point remains. you want to know what I'm doing wrong is not muting players and letting shit get to me. Youre punished by losing ranked rewards, making the entire point of ranked moot. and no, the "victim" of bad behavior doesnt exist. flaming a troll doesnt make a good guy bad guy, youre just 2 bad guys, one toxic, and one a douche.

this isnt how the punishment system works in the least. its been stated repeatedly that one report or nine reports, only trigger a review, nothing more. chat based offenses are automated by a bot. therefore there is absolutely no bias towards context.

if you lashed out and flamed poor play you weren't falsely banned. you were correctly banned for flaming.

also ip bans are absolutely useless.

not only does this ban people in places like a college or internet cafe, you can change it in seconds by:

using a hotspot (phone, or public) VPN Mac spoofing

^ 2/3 of these can be done completely free.
