I'm not going to give a simple "Yes/No" for them, but I'll give my opinion on the statements themselves.

Not helpful and rude (seriously. Telling them to "stop feeding" is not actually helping them to stop feeding if they're doing it unintentionally).

Ok now to clarify. Saying "could you please" doesnt make any one of those lines less toxic or vulgar. Remove them and they are almost the same, just in a more passive tone. But if you remove them and look at 3, 5, 7, 10, and 12 you're left with;

3.) Stop being retarded (toxic, hate speech as well (disabilities)) 5.) AFK so you don't feed (toxic) 7.) Fuck off (toxic, might actually get away with this one though) 10.) Uninstall the game (toxic) 12.) Just kill yourself (SUPER toxic)

Those literally do not sound any better with could you please, so they're just as toxic with or without.

There are more factors involved as to whether you could be punished or not, so we need to start with an assumption. I will use the assumption that each of these sentences are the ONLY thing you said in game. Because of course, if someone responds, your response to that is very crucial in whether you get punished or not.

So, assuming this is the only sentence said in game;

Just want to add, this is a bad way of determining whether you will get punished or not. It's all about continuing an argument and taking focus away from the task at hand. If someone responds and you start arguing with them, every one of these sentences could lead to a punishment, but that means it's more than just the sentence, that got you punished.

3, 5, 7, 10, 12 - Yes. The rest out of context are no, but Riot says that anything that makes you not enjoy your experience in game is technically a good report (within reason). Of course, if you're actually doing something to warrant the comment, you may be bringing the hammer down on yourself too.

All of them, depending on context. Some more than others. A few of those are going to be instant banhammer smite regardless of what else is said or done.

The system is not some runescape-tier chat filter - it keeps track of the general usage and attitude of the player as well as it can, flaming, insults, or negative behavior that is going to make someone play worse is pretty reliably detected.

no if you say that you are the weak one in the game it is not the jungles job to win lane it is your job (a good jungler helps a winning lane not a losing lane)
sometimes it is better like when the person is lagging a lot and feed by that reson

no i did it also for a long time (stop playing pvp and first learn vs bots) hell i even played custom game 3vs5 bots or 5vs5 with the enemy bots all intermediat and mine beginner Bots is a good way to learn how to farm and gank and get faster gold and items and play a bit more solo and pvp you learn more how to play in a team
