I have a serious troll I got in my game, I made some screenshots but I can't add them in... I spent an hour looking up how to do this (IM NOT TRYING TO DO IMGUR), the screenshots are in my files, and when I drag and drop them into the body section of the 'create a discussion' it just makes another tab with a link like "file:///C:/Users/UserName1234/Pictures/troll.PNG"

HeyItzSteve1 votesIf you are trying to report a player, you need to send a Support Ticket over to Riot Support. If you are unable to drag and drop files into the ticket, try to click and upload the screenshots in your ticket.

Do they need this link to actually ban or no? HeyItzSteve1 votesGenerally, screenshots used as proof can speed up the punishment process if the player is indeed trolling confirmed by the responding Rioter. Although, Riot can take a look at the chat logs themselves if necessary.
