Things that give you a warning.

Things that give you a warning:

  • Speeding once in awhile
  • Your first time drunk driving
  • Petty theft
  • Using a bad word at school

Things that punish you on the first offense:

  • Murder
  • Criminal negligence.
  • Minor negative chat on League of Legends
  • Rape

It's good to know that our behavioral system has a zero tolerance policy against hurt feelings. As a season draws to the close I'm reminded that I'll never get my rewards because of two 10 game chat bans this season. Clearly I was just the most evil person on League of Legends. Way to go Rito.

You don't get warnings for speeding you get a ticket usually at $150 - $400 depending on the state and your speed. Above certain speed it's an immediate license removal.

You don't get warnings for drunk driving you get up to 6 months in jail for a FIRST offense.

You don't get a warning for petty theft you get up to 6 months in jail or a fine not exceeding $500 or both.

The only thing on your list that actually gives you a warning is ''Using a bad word at school''

And for ''Minor negative chat on League of Legends'' Chat restrictions are your warnings

First and only speeding incident: ticketed

  • Your first time drunk driving

Yeah, no. In every state, and thank the gods for this, driving under the influence/driving while intoxicated is a SEVERE offence. In my home state, Minnesota, the minimum sentence is jail time and/or a fine. That is just on the first offense. Not only that, the incident is reported to your insurance provider, which causes significantly higher insurance rates (sometimes double, or triple what you were originally paying).

Though I only know second hand, I have a few friends who were caught driving under the influence, and they paid for it dearly for at least 5 years. I have had family members nearly lose their privilege to drive entirely (not a temporary revocation, but a permanent revocation) for repeated DWI.

  • Petty theft

Again, depends on the state, and how they define "petty"

  • Using a bad word at school

Depends on the school.

Not hurt feelings, but spreading hate, by using hate filled language, or repeated harassment. Most schools, cities, counties, states, and even at the federal level, is harassment a punishable offence, even getting to the point of criminal offence in some situations.

No, you are not the most evil person, though, you did break the rules, and you were justly punished for it.
