this is my game log .... granted i did cures allot .. i got put on chat restriction and i understand why... HOWEVER what i dont understand is WHY i havent gotten a feedback report from MY REPORTS against my team ... i reported them "they curesed at me repeatedly,, insulted me repeatedly, and even threw racial slurs and comments at me." i dont think my punishment was a injustice but the fact that they haven't been punished is ridiculous. if im to be punished for a few cures words i would expect RACIST REMARKS AND SLURS along with other insults and CURSES AS WELL to be punished too.

The feedback system never gave 100% feedback, and it seems like it gives less and less these days. Just because you didn't receive feedback does not mean that no action was taken.

I like how people think that the use of curse words is the most toxic thing they could have typed in chat.

Being toxic is not limited to the words you use. Having a negative attitude is toxic. That's why it is a report reason.

If I was your Elise, I probably wouldn't want to gank for you either. Based on your chat, I'm assuming you are getting shit on by a Heimerdinger. That is one of the hardest champions to gank, and even more so when they are fed and your laner isn't really going to be able to help.

In that situation, all you can do is hold him off of your tower until one of your side lanes gets ahead enough to roam or swap.

I could be wrong, but is the "%%%%" word censored this way because it's a zero tolerance word? If it is, then you should be happy all you got was a chat restriction. If it's not, you received a chat restriction for being consistently toxic in chat and the feedback ticket only gives the most recent 1-3 games. This means that you weren't given a restriction for this game alone. You also aren't guaranteed instant feedback report so those people were likely punished, as others have said.
