record game. send a ticket into the support people. they will review him and on the next cycle of bans he may or may not be banned based on when he was put on the list.

Hey Yordle Zeus,

To report players who commit offenses outside of matches or who violate the Terms of Service but don't fall under one of the standard categories, you can send Riot a report by submitting a ticket to Riot Games Player Support with a screenshot of the said offenses and any additional information that you'd like to add.

If you're unsure which category to submit your ticket under, just select: [I have a question about League of Legends/Riot Games.] > [Game and Features] > [General Questions]

Thank you for your diligence.

There's the 'cheating' category which includes using third party programs under the report option.

Although what you said isn't complete evidence of scripting, I'd probably have to see it myself to believe, there are indeed a lot of more scripters lately that I noticed.

If you go play a quick match of intermediate bots, play a champion that has a lot of slow skillshots, and notice the intermediate bots will pretty much 'autododge' every one before it's even finished casting, unless it's placed in a position that's impossible to avoid. That's what the players who are scripting usually look like.
