If you've been suspended for bullshit reasons, how long till you are banned? Even a point in playing

So Riot basically tells you to take abuse and never defend yourself. Someone calls you a %%%%% and you should die, smile and just keep playing. Someone yells at you for making a bad play, welp, you'll get reported for toxicity for attempting to explain why this play was made. I received a 14 game suspension for being toxic when the ENEMY TEAM said they were going to report my team for toxicity against me. So....whats even the point of playing this game if Im getting suspended for just playing? If I play after my suspension and people just randomly report me, Im going to get banned....so whats the point Riot? Can you look into my account and figure out why I deserved this suspension. Don't just look at my chat logs, look at the whole games.

Riot tells you to mute any Summoner who is abusive, overly negative or toxic -> report them after the match -> move on with your life.

You also know that because of how the system work, even if you ONLY retort, you will never even get a warning right? The system works on a kind of balance system where it takes a shit ton of reports to actually even get a warning so if you flame someone back ever blue moon you are fine, aka, you are lying to us and do it a lot more then you are letting on.

Did you even read what I posted? You honestly just ignore people calling you a %%%%%? Sorry, but I'm not the type to just take insults and walk with it. If you read my post you'd see I put Riot punishes you for defending yourself, which is a completely flawed system.
