Death threats in league are not cool.

So yesterday I was playing a norm and I was playing Teemo top. So after my bot lane and mid lost and started flaming each other, the JG told me if I didn't leave my lane (10 min into the game so still csing) He would break my neck IRL. Reported this guy but Riot didn't care they enjoy death threats it looks like.

I've been banned before and never said anything along the length of that which was said in the game.

Riot will do nothing into this situation 100%

(The player has played 2 games today meaning he was not been punished in the ways Riots Terms of use say.)

Do you have proof that they don't care and didn't punish this guy? Please don't use that popup that says a report did something as an example, because it is less reliable than a 1% crit rune.

Not every instance of every action will be detected immediately. The system is very good, but it is not perfect.

If his behavior was toxic, your report has at least added a strike against him. He may not have been punished immediately after that game, but rest assured that if his behavior continues his account will end up banned.

Unfortunately, Riot system will never be able to detect every way or a player can wish harm on another player. The fact that a few occasionally slip through the cracks is in no way an endorsement of this behavior, which Riot has a zero-tolerance policy on whenever they detect it.

this thread is also a good reason why chat should just be taken out of all solo que game or at least have the d**efault set to mute all **and you have to manual unmute if you actually want it on.

Can a mod ban him from boards so he can stop spamming fake reports and posts?

Such "specific" death threats are probably a bit tough to detect for the automated system. I recommend writing a support ticket. Most support ticket reports are not more effective than reporting in game, but death threats are from what I've heard taken care of (even though they still won't share with you any information on that persons punishment).

Either way, the claim that "Riot will do nothing in this situation 100%" is a pointless exaggeration.
