Loading into Match

So right this second I tried to play a draft game. We picked all our champions and went to the loading screen, I never got off the champion select screen because the timer was stuck at 0. I fought my team was loading in and didn't want to get afk ban so I restarted the game and it's not showing that I was never in a game because it's not giving me the ability to reconnect.

Hope I do not get afk banned for this because I don't even have the option to load in. Like it lets me start a new game and everything.
