Stop kick down your allies

When you allies have a bad game or they end up having a bad score, kick them down will further increase the chance they just give up, or don't try to actually win the game because instead of 5 enemies, they have now 9, wich is really frustrating for someone who play their best, to just get kicked down because you are overcompetitive and don't think before react. Insult someone will more than often lead to a defeat, than a victory, as you make people lose focus, everyone either will try to calm down the person who insult another player, or they will join him and kick the player even further down, wich make the game not enjoyable for anyone. So instead of flame or insult someone, think for a second, what is the impact of what i am going to say? Will it help me to win the game and have a good time ? If the answer of those two question is negative, you should retain yourself to say it out loud. Because flaming = Losing.
