Before you think I'm just flaming you, I'm not. I'm never toxic both in and out of game, and I'm not going to be toxic to you. I'm just telling you what I think you should do so it doesn't seem like you are intentionally feeding. Also, if you aren't going to read all this then you are missing out on valuable advice that can help you improve, but it's your choice.
Now, if that wasn't intentional feeding like you say, then your decision-making is really bad. Looking at your op.gg I can see that you die, A LOT. There are so many times where you could've ran away and lived but you didn't. Now, assuming you play your other games like you did this one, you either really need to understand that there is a recall button or you just don't care about feeding.
If you don't care about feeding, then you will find yourself banned again and again after similar games to this one. To you, it may not look or be intentional. However, if I'm that Jinx and I look at the scoreboard at 20 minutes and see my Ryze top is 2/13 and the enemy Poppy top is 12/2 I'm probably gonna assume you were intentionally feeding. Mostly due to the fact that I haven't been paying much attention your lane, but dying that much by 20 minutes normally never happens in a normal game. Maybe you are used to it because you normally have double digit deaths, but most of us aren't (Also, you are on EUW and from what I've heard, a lot of players flame hard and will report for anything, especially a 2/13 Ryze at 20 minutes).
So what I'm going to be recommending is play safer, abuse your range (DON'T GO MELEE VS POPPY AS RYZE...), don't push too far up a lane alone without vision of either their jungle or champions, group with your team occasionally, level up ult for the first time atleast at level 11, don't try to fight all the time (This is a big one for you. As early game Ryze, you should just avoid fighting, you have to poke and farm for Tear and ROA to outscale your lane as soon as possible. You like to be aggressive, which can be good sometimes. The problem is you are always looking for a fight regardless of how behind you are, which is not good), learn when to recall, don't walk into a 1v2 just to kill one because you reset your gold for the enemy team which is bad for your team, roam if your lane is pushed in (This is a big one for the reworked Ryze, now he's REALLY GOOD at roaming and catching people out with his ult), don't take your team's Blue Buff or Jungle camps if you are dying a lot (Your team has to carry you if you feed and you are taking resources that they need in order to carry you. Also, you are giving someone on the enemy team a free Blue Buff which is really bad for your team), get deep wards in the enemy jungle to give you and your team information on the enemy's whereabouts, and finally, DON'T blame Riot for banning you or removing your post (You said some stuff that wasn't cool and I can see why they banned you for intentionally feeding because it does look like it).
Hope you read all of this and got at least something out of it (Or more, hopefully)! Good luck in your future games, buddy! You are really dedicated to Ryze and I respect that and your 60% win rate with 600+ games on him. Just improve your decision-making and you will do better and feed less (And you won't get banned for intentionally feeding again!).
