You have to have well over 600 honors for any ribbon lmao.
Honor ribbons is something you have to consistently achieve in your games. Not sure what the magical number is, but its something like 75% honors in the recent games.
As far as I know it's not about the total amount of ribbons, it's about how consistently you receive them. I have 800 friendly honors and I ain't got no banner.
The honors you got in that game mean you're doing something right though. Keep it up and eventually, you may get a carrot.
People with ribbons get harassed a lot ingame, I'd shoot for higher rank instead.
