Banned account

So I'm curious, this account was banned quite a while back, and is my main. Why is it I was banned for vulgar and offensive language when I have a quote from a Rioters post saying you can't be banned for such reasons, and why is it still a reportable option? Also, more to the point, WHY are all these delicate snowflakes crying about very little thing to Riot and WHY are they being accommodated? Here is an idea, start punishing people for the real problems, like trolling and inting. If I'm being profane towards someone it is because they're doing something stupid multiple times after being asked nicely not to. If you're new, say so, I have no problem helping new players, but when I give advice and am either ignored or told to "stfu", you've lost the right to respect. Because going with Riot's view on the subject, why should someone be allowed to ruin MY game simply because they don't care to be given advice, or find more fun in trolling or running in head first carelessly? Also, with the ping system being as advanced as it is, I don't need to be able to type to people to communicate with someone, so if I submit a ticket asking to have my chat privileges removed why then am I told that they don't do that, but don't mind using it as a punishment?So punish someone who is already frustrated by limiting what they say in game, but when someone submits a support ticket asking for their chat to be removed (which everyone knows you CAN do), thereby acknowledging they can't keep comments to themselves, and wants Riots help to reform, you give them the bullshit excuse of "it interferes with team communication".... So does your "punishment". Please can I get a Rioter to comment on this as I'm interested to hear the justificafion.
