I got PERMA-BAN ... after I filed a ticket about not seeing my Syndra and Ryze skin I purchased

Yesterday I was trying to play the Syndra I bought in October. Weirdly, it shows that I haven't purchased the champion. Then I check my account history and found that there is a record that I purchased it. Like anyone would do, I filed a ticket. I posted to the "account recovery" section.

Then today at 8pm, to my surprise, I got a permanent ban. I cannot log in to my account and I got an email that I was banned until 22Feb 2100. I am so upset as I did not involve in any "bad" behavior. I really want my account back I would rather not have the missing Syndra as I have lost everything I had in my account. All purchase in my account is legit and there is NO hacking involved. Please can anyone help me out, I am really stressed out right now. Amumu

They banned your account as a precaution because you submitted a ticket under "account recovery." That's standard procedure until they're sure the account is in the real owner's hands so that a hacker can't damage the account further.

Try to be patient with Support, as they do have a lot of tickets being submitted right now, but they will get back with you soon. It may take them a day or two though. Just don't try to submit a duplicate ticket as that can drop you back to the end of the line to get helped. I know it's really frustrating, but they will be able to help you get this sorted out soon.
