Perma-ban after submitting a ticket

I have purchased a syndra champion and a Ryze Skin on 11Oct and 18Oct and I Cannot seem to play those champs. I submit a ticket three days ago and yesterday I got a permanent ban. I then submit another ticket, I am wondering how long does it take for them to reply? Do riot employees read this forum and help me? My account isn't hacked or anything, I just don't know why I can't play the champs I bought. Please someone help me out I don't wanna get perma-ban I didn't do anything violating the code

You've already posted this multiple times. Riot will get to your ticket as soon as they can, but it could take a few days depending on their backlog, so please be patient. Do not bump the ticket or it will be pushed to the back of the queue.

3 days ago doesn't mean much when it's the weekend the most of them don't work.

Update: right after I post on this forum, they replied. They say they can't give me back my syndra, (which is ok with me) but they haven't removed my perma-ban yet. I replied to that ticket. Wondering if it will help
