Can We Possibly Update Leaver Buster

In those once in a blue moon daily ranked games where the pre game lobby didn't go so hot and now 3 of your 4 team mates are trying to troll each other instead of win, and are insulting each other using profanity every time they talk, you just want to leave. Why do we get punished for leaving those games for not wanting to deal with that garbage for 20 full minutes? Is there some way to not be penalized for those kinds of games?

Or do we just deal with it and hope everyone surrenders at 20?
