Uninstalled MKLOL for over 6 months after the warning and still got permanent banned?

I dont know if this even justified, I download MKLOL from a streamer sometime in December last year and uninstalled it right after Riot send me a warning email. And now a Player support call "Broken Blade" tell me that there was exploits being used by this account and refuse to lift by ban. I spent years to build up my account with all champs, hundreds of skin and felt in love with it with honest game play and respect others, always comply with the policy and instruction just to realize that today, I am betrayed by the organization I love in the coldest and irresponsible way which they claim "Justice". Now the love and respect is gone, what is left is disappointment. Just because I play their game and they have the right to take away my years of work and investment, it is just brutal. Today I cried, I laugh, been a long time since i feel this way. This maybe the end of me with this game, too bad I dont have a chance to say goodbye to my in game friends.
