Cheat, script accused? Does your account for permanent banned for that same reason?

I submitted a ticket to appeal the permanent suspense and Riot gave me the most irresponsible answer ever, aka pre-made email:

Accounts that are caught using hacks to gain an unfair competitive advantage are subject to permanent suspension. We work hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment in League of Legends. I am an honest player so let me repeat I DID NOT use any of those software. Please do not give me such irresponsible premade email and accuse me for something i never did. I am fully aware of my account activities and i am telling you that no such softwares existed in my system! We are talking about my years of work and commitment to build up an account, not to consider the money i invested in. Once again, i did not do it! I hope this have never happened to any of you here, in case it does, please let me know what should I do next. I am not a god in this game, but still I love it and spend years of hard work to have it as it is now. For me this is unacceptable and dishonored, I wont just give up :(. NOT LIKE THIS!
