I got banned in preseason
Hello everyone i was banned in the preseason for 14 days because i was toxic with my teammates... I want to know can i get my rewards in the end of the season ? Thanks. Have a nice day

There hasn't been an official announcement for how behavioral punishments will affect eligibility for Season 7, so we don't know 100% for sure what's going to happen. However, if Riot keeps to their policies they had for past few seasons, then this punishment will not make you ineligible for the end of season rewards.
There's a cutoff date usually sometime in the summer to remove eligibility. We don't know when the date will be this year though.
tldr: yes, if it was for toxicity you can still get them.
