How long does it take for a support case to receive a response?

Its been more than 3 days since the last update to it, and I have no response at all whatsoever on it.

What is the last response you got to the ticket, if any? Depending on the type of issue, and given the fact it is a Monday, 3 days is slightly longer than expected but not out of the question.
