Must be a pain in the ass to get all the essence for champions, loosing your skins and so on, unless you're paying it, which is dumb as fuck knowing you'll loose it once again.. Anyway, have fun getting banned again.

well lets hope you make the most out of it. i never inted or grief'd anyone my entire lifetime playing this game and i stopped playing since the perma placed on this account due to me talking crap in chat. not really bitter about it, but ive def. seen worse offenders. if they want me out of the game sure ill just leave i guess, no need to stir up trouble. i cant appeal to this because the auto-feedback system cannot be appealed to in the policies. i wish you luck on this new account stay salt free :L

Riot doesn't normally do that (although they have made exceptions in the past). A banned player is free to make a new account and get himself banned again through toxic behavior.

A permanent ban is only an account ban. You're free to make any new account if you like. Only in really rare and severe cases an AI ban will be issued, most recently on (reformed) Tyler1. He was so toxic on all his new accounts, that he got ID banned. He was not allowed to play the game anymore. Perma'd accounts are only a ban for an account. ID ban means a pan of a person.
