How long does it take for your ticket to be reviewed?

I was recently premabanned despite not flaming, feeding, or trolling. I was wondering when could you take a look at my chat log and reverse this error?

I put in a ticket a couple days ago. It was resolved in 24 hours. But results can vary. Sometimes the support team is extremely busy and other times there are lulls.

I can tell you though: Don't bump your ticket or it will be put back at the end of the queue!
