can u be banned for being consistantly bad at a certan role like support
on another account it got banned for feeding when i never fed intentionally i just sucked at support

you dont get perma banned for feeding in one game.
you can be banned simply if a riot employer dislikes you personally, their tos allows it
whenever i support i usually end up with 7 deaths by end of laning
Unfortunately, no.
I try my best at support, but I die alot when people forget that it is a TEAM game. I was in a match and One of my teammates flamed me for NOT being able to A) survive a 4v1 ambush, B) destroy them all (as utility support) and C) Come out smelling like a rose without a scratch. So instantly started calling on the teams to report me for FEEDING. Sadly people cant tell the difference between "INTENTIONAL FEEDING" and "Priority Targeting" (aka "Focus the biggest potential threat and keep them in respawn") People think if you get AMBUSHED and 4v1'ed well then OBVIOUSLY you ran headfirst into that "Dogpile 'o' Death" with open arms and cookies, just begging to be ended!
Feeding is only bannable if it is intentional.
Being bad is not bannable.
I will say though that dying too much is one of the easiest things to fix and has nothing to do with you being good at any particular role, it is a game basic.
No, you never will get banned for being an idiot but you will get banned for telling idiot that he is an idiot.
