Riot Help (Need Advice)

Hey Riot

Sooo for the past day or so i have been playing some games with a guy that was cheating and i didnt figured it out sooner (stupid of me i know) until right now that someone told me that he was "scripting" and i should stop playing with him immediately because i might get my account banned for duoing with him in my past games

But my account was and still is clean My plays are clean Never cheated before Am an excellent player And i love the game And the only thing i wanted its a little bit of push to get out of bronze and into silver because i didnt wanted To stay in there with the noobs afks ragequiters and so on and i found this guy to be good and he told me that he was a challenger smurf and if i want to join his games so i did

They guy was cheating BUT i do not know him or met him before in my life and didnt knew about lol cheating since 10 minutes ago so my question is this

Will my account be at risk of ban for this thing i had no knowledge about ?

I have priceless things in my account and i had this account for 5-6 years with no problems or bans i dont want to be scared for my account so please tell me what to do

I tottaly reget for playing these games with him/her but i needed a little bit of push to get to silver thats all

Also i never knew about league having rules or anything like that or about boosting or smurfing since people told me about it today

Sooo please am really sorry if i duoed with this cheater

Just please tell me will my account be safe or will i be afraid and scared of a ban and stop buying skins and playing the game from now on?

PLEASE HELP RIOT I DON'T WANT TO GET BANNED FOR THIS FULISH THING THIS ACCOUNT IT'S THE ONLY ONE I HAVE AND ITS PRICELESS TO ME

If you're not cheating, I think you're safe. Disclaimer: I'm just guessing; I'm not affiliated with Riot in any way. If you want to ask them directly, you gotta put in a support ticket.

I would suggest sending a support ticket. Boards can't help you too much in answering questions that are meant for Riot. Not to mention Rioters don't actively check every post on all the boards everyday, so you have less of a chance of one responding to you.

But from what I can gather, as long as you didn't use those programs you should be fine. If you didn't know this person was cheating until after you played with them then that's not your fault. But I would highly recommend ceasing contact with them and not playing anymore with that player. Never resort to cheating to get out of division though, it's not worth the risk and you won't be a better person or player because of it. Just work on your skill and try to fix your mistakes. You'll get out of Bronze easily if you ask questions and get advice from other players on how to fix your mistakes, or point them out :)

But good luck. I don't think it should be an issue for your account as long as you removed them from your friend's list and stopped playing with them. But I do recommend sending a support ticket and letting them know.
