So, I'm willing to bet that a guy who just decided to tell me to "go kill myself" and then called me a "kike" will not be banned. Why? Because his 5 man team opted out to report me for it, because you know, what are friends for? What did I get reported for? "Leona why you always have to be on my ass" after that statement he just went off over and over. And I was the only one who reported him, but it's okay, Riots tribunal system won't do a darn thing.
The amount of reports somebody gets in a game doesn't actually matter, as long as it's above zero. Your report is all that's necessary to flag the game.
Hate speech is the quickest route to a ban.
If they consistently use it you can bet your ass that they'll be gone.
1 report or 9 reports per game is irrelevant. As TrulyBland said, it only flags the game for review. If you did nothing; then you'll be fine. If they did something, even 1 person reporting; then they'll get the penalty.
