/NoSurrender Should mean NO SURRENDER! ((A discussion on Surrendering))

Hi there Summoners, I'm a Silver lll player known as Fantom Fox and I'm here to open up the subject of No Surrendering. Now I'm sure we've ALL experienced that game where someone will spam a surrender vote no matter what the scoreboard says. This is increasingly frustrating and can lead to tilting and giving up. Which is BAD! Giving up is now in the list of **REPORTABLE OFFENSES ** so why on earth would spamming the surrender vote still be a thing in League of Legends? Players should have the option to Mute or Effectively say No to all surrender votes before they pop up. Countless fights have been lost when I've been dueling a champion and a big box saying "Do you Want to Surrender, Yes or No?" pops up and blocks my vision. Enough about me, what do you guys think about it? Should Riot implement a permanent /nosurrender instead of making it easier for trolls to spam the surrender vote?
