Pinglock is needed for RANKED

I've noticed recently from coming back to the game there has been a lot foreign players on both my and the enemy's team and I Was baffled, I thought I got server transferred for a second. I couldn't believe how many Non NA players were on NA...... Asia and china has servers so there is no reason for them to come to a foreign server for anything positive. What I don't get the most is they all had something anti-American to say and like to use the N word loosely. So its obvious they are not coming to NA servers to make friends or for any positive benefits.

So this is one of the reasons why NA has more toxic games than it should and pinglock will improve and lower the amount of toxicity. Also, no one should be allowed to join a ranked game if they have 200ms, they need to go to an appropriate server. Its clear having access to any server regardless of network stability and or system performance is being abused and it needs to get adjusted ASAP. This is one of the most competitive games in the world so it needs it. Lastly, Every popular game has had their community request for server restrictions and I hope riot can give it to us.

Use the search feature before asking or accusing.

Even if there was another thread of this topic, its still needs to be up there because its a huge problem and riot even after X amount of years has yet to address it.

Rito has literal raw data of who log in from where. Who created accounts when and where. What do you have? A few anedotal games and threading on racism opinions?

No, it is not such a "huge problem" for League. Maybe it is a huge problem for YOU and you are more than welcome find other games where there is pinglock.

There was one a few days ago, assuming the moderators removed it for some reason.

Still have the link in my history https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/HLQ5IEvL-lol-is-toxic-because-there-is-no-pinglock but now it just goes to a 404.

Or maybe, just maybe, there are people in NA playing on a vpn, mobile connection, or router is acting up.

What happens when it spikes over the lock threshold?

If you know they are saying anti american propaganda and calling people the N word, report and move on.

shrugs Before updating my router (because it was 7 years old and they were supposed to change it 4 years ago) I would play bots and then 2 blinds before attempting rank because my router would sometimes cause me to spike for upwards of 30 seconds before settling. Sometimes once a match, sometimes multiple times. I know my ms went from 30 to 200, 410, 999, 5682 at times.

✋ I tried it once because I had a code for a vpn license and was curious. Hated it because I lagged like crazy. Never again for me. I actually think I had less issues playing on the EUW servers with my regular connection than the vpn.
