Pinglock is needed for RANKED

I've noticed recently from coming back to the game there has been a lot foreign players on both my and the enemy's team and I Was baffled, I thought I got server transferred for a second. I couldn't believe how many Non NA players were on NA...... Asia and china has servers so there is no reason for them to come to a foreign server for anything positive. What I don't get the most is they all had something anti-American to say and like to use the N word loosely. So its obvious they are not coming to NA servers to make friends or for any positive benefits.

So this is one of the reasons why NA has more toxic games than it should and pinglock will improve and lower the amount of toxicity. Also, no one should be allowed to join a ranked game if they have 200ms, they need to go to an appropriate server. Its clear having access to any server regardless of network stability and or system performance is being abused and it needs to get adjusted ASAP. This is one of the most competitive games in the world so it needs it. Lastly, Every popular game has had their community request for server restrictions and I hope riot can give it to us.
