K, LeaverBuster. Why is there no reduction even if you haven't left a game or afked in MONTHS!

So, I was playing a bot game. Went to play Ashe adc cus I was kinda last pick. Locked in, went exhaust instead of heal accidentally because there was only 10 seconds to go. Turns out I had to go. So I just exited and left. Giving my team enough time to remake, which they didnt need to because it was a BOT GAME. They won. I came back half an hour later because I was away. 20 mins before 5 games. Their game probably lasted like 20 minutes. And like I said. IT WAS A BOT GAME. I know some people learn how to play in bot games. But when you are my level(62). None of them are in your bot games. Can you explain to me. Why 1 left game. Probably the first in 2 or 3 months, results in the 20 minute queue. I wouldnt mind 10 or 5 minutes if it was a normal or ranked. I wouldnt mind 20 minutes if it was a ranked. BUT IT WAS A BOT GAME. I had a history of leaving, yes. But out of the games I have played since preaseason. Lets say 400-500 games. Out of them games. I probably was afk or I left in 15 of them. I have very bad internet connection issues. And these would take up 7-8 of these games. Yet recently, my internet hasn't been causing me issues yet when I leave 1 game in a month or two of probably 125-250 games, I get leaverbusted. EXPLAIN WHY ITS A FUCKING BOT GAME THO PLS. I'm not going to use the account again. Ffs. My smurf doesn't even have good champs. Riot please why, just why.
