riot temp banned me, the ban is over, but their broken system wont let me play

I kicked out of a lobby at 10~ish A.M. 2 weeks ago
my ban is over, why wont they let me play? what do i do?

Deep Terror Nami1 votesWhen you log in it should pop up with a notification saying you're banned still, if you are. What does it say? If you're still banned, then you likely received an incorrect notification the first time, or the punishment was escalated. Let us know what you see when you log in. You will need to submit a Support Ticket for more information if you received another 14 day or a permanent ban if the notification doesn't elaborate with a reform card.
