Gold but 2 week suspension, do I get victorious skin
I go banned for 2 weeks during august and I am wondering if I am going to have the new victorious skin. (I'm gold 5)

The cutoff was Aug 22nd. So it depends when in August you were banned
IIRC, it depends whether you were punished before the 22nd of August or not. If you go to boards home, they have a stickied thread called "2017 ranked rewards help desk." You should be able to find your answer there definitely.
Edit: I just checked the help desk, if you were banned before August 22nd 23:59, you're in the clear. If not, may Urf have mercy on your soul.
