I love how after one game of inappropriate behavior and language i get a 14 day ban but i get flamed nonstop all game by someone else and they dont even get chat restricted... fun system when im trying to reform thanks

I'm gonna guess (since you mentioned trying to reform) that you had a 25-game Chat Restriction? If that's the case, then, yes, you will get a 14-day ban for breaking the rules after that. It's the next step up from a 25-game CR.

Other player's behavior is irrelevant to your case, they did not make you type anything.
You don't know whether or not they got chat restricted. And, no, the Instant Feedback Report is not reliable.
