If it is your teammates, yes you can, as that is assisting enemy team and not communicating with team.

If they're on your team, yes.

these people are wrong troll away man i just got perm banned for trying to tell trolls to help out and stop trolling you are way better off being the troll yourself cause the only thing that matters is chat.

Infact most cases those players admitted they were trolling and im sure they are still playing.

My summoner name is 30DEFEAT and i main adc 3 years now.My last games was so bad and dont really wanna talk about thems but i wanna talk about my last game who i got this problem...my support start to taking my cs and finally the kills from the lane..after that behavior i just sit in my jungle and start trolling they said i am gonna get banned for that behavior..RIOT WHAT ABOUT LUX BEHAVIOR?WHAT ABOUT PLAYERS LIKE TROLLING IN THE GAME STELLING YOUR CS AND KILLS AND THEN YOU GET REPORTED FROM THEMS???I MEAN LOL GUYS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AND LEAVE THE PLAYERS WHO TROLLING ALONE...NOBODY IS TROLLING WITHOUT REASON WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!! thnx if you reading this and sorry if i did said something wrong about u but is the pure truth for one player of platinum-diamond
