If it is your teammates, yes you can, as that is assisting enemy team and not communicating with team.

Its highly recommended NOT to troll your teammates (or in general) since it can create a toxic atmosphere where they don't want to help you.

I know its URF mode. Heck I have fun with my massive 16 Voidling Rush on Dragon around level 3 - 5... Anyways though its just never a good thing to troll your teammates. If it was by accident once then it could be easily forgiven especially if you apologized afterwards.

How quickly a ban can happen varies. Though I have never been punished once though (and don't plan to be either) so I have no knowledge of how fast it happens. I think it can vary based on the the reason for the punishment though. Intentionally feeding and trolling players don't even get the chat restriction punishments. They are jumped straight to a 14 day ban at minimum.

Not for a first time offense, sorry probably should have clarified that. My bad. I'm talking about the players who consistently and blatantly do everything they can to troll their teams.

Seriously though, you should read the ToS, it may take some time but you can find a LOT of information in it on just how clicking that accept button works to play League of Legends.

these people are wrong troll away man i just got perm banned for trying to tell trolls to help out and stop trolling you are way better off being the troll yourself cause the only thing that matters is chat.

Infact most cases those players admitted they were trolling and im sure they are still playing.
