Account Permanantely Suspended

Im so conflicted with this game, i really want to keep playing I do, but I just don't understand how i get games where people refuse to mia, junglers refuse to gank, and people simply just literally troll you, and countlessly time after time, you're expected to not be angry, you're expected to not be upset, like does riot not understand that even if you aren't talking the fact that people will sit there and refuse to literally help you and then call you the bad player in the end while you sat there dealing with four people the whole game is toxic in itself? Im a support main, i don't expect to have a good game every game, but i find it absurd that things that should be bannable by far just arent considered bannable and people get away ruining games for others by doing passive aggresive shit thats just as bad as being toxic in chat like, im trying to understand. And on top of that i logged back in to see a two week ban and then a permanent suspension when i hadnt even closed my client from receiving the message about the two week ban? Like how does a punishment change within a matter of seconds?
