An Answer Please?

How the hell do you expect people to be satisfied knowing a good more then half of the people you play with full on flame you, knowing reporting them most likely won't actually get them punished. I've met some awful people these past few weeks of playing league again, no message stating any of them have been reported, and i think using Racial Slurs and mental disabilities as insults should be more then punishable. When calling out a certain player on the boards its considered sort of "unethical" and is removed, and since i don't know how to directly get in contact with a riot employee other then submitting a ticket (don't know what to submit a player report under) i am curious as to why you want us to be okay with just using the report system when it seems to not mean a simple thing, how do i know the person that just called me a retard and the N word multiple times is getting punished properly and fairly?

P.S. I did use the mute button throughout the game, but that doesn't stop them from getting the final words off in end game lobby.
