DO REPORTS REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

Can anyone really say whether reports make it to an actual person? i have had so many games where it was obvious on what to do and we could win easily as long as we did it, or its actually rather close and we just have to keep our own carry safe, but someone gives up and feeds and trolls... i mean punishing the trolls do help (although they are rarely REALLY banned) but what about yourself and the other 3 people who truly tried hard and ended up losing because of one person? yeah it feels good to know that one day he will be banned but what about the damage done?

it would be really helpful if a rioter could answer the question about whther reports really reach someone. thnx

If you read the majority of threads in this sub-forum then you'd find out that they do in fact work. Just keep in mind though that a person isn't punished for just one game alone unless it's extremely bad (i.e. death threats, racist comments, etc.).

"yeah it feels good to know that one day he will be banned but what about the damage done?" they won't. I have had people being racist to me because of my name and beliefs but I haven't yet seen any "the player you reported for racism is banned" pop up yet. So called zero tolerance policy. They don't get banned for this and trolling is way less severe than this
