Ok, so a ADC flames me (sup) to go top, then I go top and assist toplaner.

Well, the story goes like this. I was on my gold promo series and laning phase started and the enemy was sivir/morgana. We were pushed in and poked pretty hard but the Jinx who was at 10% hp just refused to recall. I asked quite politely "please recall." But she responded by "stfu I will mute you." and all that other language and died to a morgana W with meteor. So I said, "Well, since I'm out of the equation of winning bot. Can I go help top?" and she says "gtfo my lane". So I did. (Besides, I didn't want to be even near this persons gaming avatar) I managed to push their toplaner out, and got 2 kills and a first tower. But this Jinx is still butthurt about it, that she literally ints after that calling for reports on allchat and goes 12 deaths. (When laning phase was done she was like 3 deaths, she just repeatedly facechecked bushes midgame to prove I'm wrong.)

I'm so confused. What do these people want exactly? I did win top for the team and I can't stop the Jinx from dying.

You're trying to apply logic to idiots and all you're going to do is drive yourself crazy. Support main here, and you did the right thing. Anyone can go to any lane at any time to assist in whatever ways they feel necessary. It's a team game, not an "Everyone stay in your goddamn lane" game, but a lot of people don't realize that.

What she probably wanted was for everything to go perfectly, for you to be her bitch (as a lot of ADCs expect), and when she didn't get her way she resorted to acting like a child.

Don't let it bother you.

I just played one ADC game today, but my pick (Jinx) got banned, so I was forced to pick Xayah, my only other actual ADC even thought I main jungle. My support did a ton better than expected, especially since their Rakan had M7, against my support who seemed to not have a lot of experience with Zyra, and she did really well. I don't see why ADCs have to complain so much, I don't even care if my support is touching the CS, support seems like a pretty hard job, dealing with crying ADCs and constantly making sure they don't die.

People who behave like that Jinx are usually young teenagers or very troubled people in real life(behavioural problems etc).

We are often surprised by bad behaviour because we can't actually see who's behind the monitor, so we assume everyone is the same.

For example: my little brother's friends (aged 12-14) all behave like the Jinx and all got banned. Just ignore them :D

Coming from someone who actually used to get butthurt (retired snowflake here) it isn't you I'm frustrated with at all. It's secretly me. I'm trying to convince myself that you're the issue and creating a defeatist attitude so I can not feel like crap myself. It's immaturity and it's wrong. It creates a nice net for me to relax in, where I never try to improve myself. I just convince myself that the rest of the world is holding me back. Because by golly if I actually admitted I was to blame or that I'm not good enough someone might be mean and make me feel inferior.

It's not you. It really isn't. It's the bury myself in a hole and stop really struggling mentality people are used to having. One day they might get over it. I know I did for the most part. But it was only up to me to change me. You can't change them yourself.

There is security in making the world your enemy. Having no friends means you can't get stabbed from behind. But is that really the best way to live? That's what they're doing. Security.

yea...so I had a plat4/gold1 draven adc (with 10k mastery) in my gold promos 1-2 weeks ago....and I was playing Nami supp.

And we were ganked right at lvl 1 by a rammus, ezreal and zoe supp. I ran back to tower,my adc basically wasnt gonna make it so I left him to die and just tried not to give a double kill.

Right after that, I got flamed for being a shit supp who doesnt know the game and doesnt know what a lvl 1 Draven can do, saying we couldve easily won the 3v2.

Yes, I know a lvl 1 Draven is strong, but hes not tyler1, and from all I know hes got 10k mastery only on draven and we dont know what skill they lvled up first for that gank. Besides, I've had so many passive adcs before this draven at that day, that I just didnt wanna risk anything anymore.

Then he went "Oh well, this is gonna be a quick game, im gonna int now"

So he kept running into the enemy tower yelling "OMG LAG" in all chat. Died, came back to lane, ran into the tower again going "OMG YOU OUTPLAYED ME YOURE SO GOOD" to the Ezreal and so on.....

He finished with 2/20,lost us the game and shortly afterwards got banned. Idiot.

I also tried to save the game by going mid and top and it did look good for a while but ezreal got so disgustingly fed by killing draven over and over...it just wasnt doable anymore.

Interesting. Sounds similar to something that happened to me a few months ago. I was playing top, and my Jinx and Soraka were flaming each other. Jinx tells Soraka to stop supporting, Soraka says "Ok," comes top, we smash it in, and then if I remember correctly, Jinx kept winning 1v2s bot. Weird game.

Nothing you can do about it But Hell , Sivir Morgana lane is just cancer , you can't even CC them lol Thought , a lot of ADC mains are extremely Entitled to everything since season 7 and they can rq or troll easily if you don't show that you are a slave to them

I remember one time when I played Thresh, my Xayah couldn't stop spamming ? pings whenever I missed a hook. I muted him after a bit but my premade told me she was still spamming it XD She left botlane later and left me alone versus 2 people I swear the lane was much easier to win that way I managed to win botlane by myself and we won the game because my team was good fortunately

PS: I do tend to miss hooks in early game a lot sometimes, but whenever the mid to lategame starts, I land like 99% of them So if any of you stumble upon me in game, sorry in advance

I've only been asked to leave lane a handful of times, but one really sticks with me. Was playing Lulu with a Kog against a Thresh and I think Ezreal. We get 1st blood and everything's going smoothly until Kog takes a hook and dies. I figure no big deal, it happens. Kog comes back to lane and takes another hook and dies (this is all before we hit 6). Then I get 'Lulu wtf shield me' so I say 'try not to get hooked I'm not 6 yet' and he says 'i'm taking the hook to engage' ummm what? I didn't reply because I was having a hard time wrapping my head around that statement. He takes another one and dies so naturally comes the 'noob Lulu' and I go 'there are these things called cooldowns' and he goes 'get the f*** out of my lane'. Fine whatever. I go ward around the jungle, help our jungle steal buffs, and assist in a kill for our mid laner. Kog dies again and to my surprise I get, 'Lulu can you please come back'. He said please (which I figure is the closest I'm going to get to an apology) so I do, keep him from dying more while the rest of our team completely stomps. After he catches up in farm I leave him to split push so I can support the others and we won.

Honestly, if i were you and if i wanted to hit gold, i would drop support and take jungle/top. Im pretty sure you wont so my best tip as someone who has a fair number of support games (autofill, aatrox lol), i can tell you to literally just mute him and dont let it get to you. He likely wont be leaving his lane and, chances are, if you hadnt told him to back in the first place he wouldnt start trolling even if he dies.

I don't know if i am just lucky or what but when i have told a support to ditch me after i fucked up bot lane, they won't leave and they instead stay in my sinking boat. I salute them but please go help another lane before the team turns on your two.
