I don't rage at other players. I say things like,

Hey. Great 1v5! I'm sure you'll get them next time.

5 Tears? Upgrade those and you'll have sick amounts of AP AND Mana!

I see you're last pick and we need a support, but HEY another assassin may work too. Break the meta!

Great plan, run mid lane straight into their tower... It's a perfect distraction.

My trick: Proofread everything I write. Seriously, you'd probably be surprised at some of the stuff you write when you're not thinking about it, but giving anything you write a quick once-over is a really good way to catch any stupid stuff that you don't really want to say.
