i have had this post removed more times than i can count and i will not stop. i was told by a player to commit suicide right as i clicked to close the post game lobby screen. there is NO way to report someone after leaving that screen. something needs to be done about it.
Have you submitted a support ticket to Riot with the player's name and information on the game in question? That's the correct way to go about this situation. Screenshot preferable if you have one.
If someone is being Toxic, you report them in the end game screen. If you fail to, no report gets sent in. If they let you report players outside of the end game lobby, then you would end up being able to report any player in the game at any time. What would happen if Sneaky, while he is streaming, gets a ton of people reporting him. RIot has to then sift through all of those reports.
That would result in the feature being removed.
