Chat restrictions

Hallo.

It's been already like 3-4 months since I got a last chat restriction and yet still I can't get any hextech crates or keys. I red the rules how to get back the hextech system to work for me, but as I said above, it's been 3-4 months and still I am ineligible to get anything.

Am I supposed to get like honor's from other players ? because it doesn't make sense that my chat is monitored 24/7 when there are thousands of players with chat restrictions.

I don't really understand this. Can someone experienced explain me this please? It makes me flame even more when I see that dumb sentence poping after a single game and my friends are just arguing which skin is better... Riot really doesn't know how to fix their community.

If the system is still seeing you be toxic in games it won't allow you to receive loot EVEN if it's not enough toxicity to issue a penalty. Your behavior will determine whether or not you receive loot. Be good for 10-20 games and you'll get some. If you feel you have been and there might be a bug since it's been quite a while you can submit a report ticket.

If it is the account you are writing from, you played 17 games in the last 15 days. You didnt play since April.

This system is about how many games you play in a period of time. You can't just go away for some months and the punishment disappears

go play 40 or so games and you'll get it back if it was a 10 game chat restrict.

it'll be more if it was a 25 game chat restrict.
