So I played a lot of games and my friends got the loot (chests or keys) but I didn't for this reason: "You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions".

I had chat restriction like 1 month ago and I still can't get the loot ??

I've seen a lot of people complaining about this. Id doesn't even show how or when that will disappear.

It seems more likely a bug to me. Something bad in the system.

I've seen a lot of popular players/streamers/YouTubers playing with chat restriction so tell me who did not got this STUPID chat restriction. So why people can't get loot after a long time they've been punished.

LoL system is like the worse in gaming history. The More Riot is trying to solve the toxicity and behavior the more people rage and flame. The bad guys play still and those normal that just got pissed off in one game are being banned and punished.

No, it's not a bug.

  • You were in the "bad book", when you got your chat restriction.
  • You're currently in the "neutral book", where you're not under the chat restriction but you don't get the rewards either.
  • After a bit longer you'll be in the "good book", and you'll get the reward.

and when it will be ? I got chat restriction looong ago and after 3-4 weeks I still can't get loot. This is definetly bug

it takes 3 months to go down a tier of punishment, so i would guess at least another 2 months. Though Riot could decide that to make it longer.

A month ago is not looooong ago.

Free stuff is more than a reward for those not being punished, it a reward for being able to play nicely with others. Just getting off punishment might not be enough for getting your free drops back. The system is probably checking your in game behavior randomly to see real improvement(riot has hinted at this).

From this thread i sorta doubt that you have learned. You are more upset about lack of free goodies than anything. If you really were trying to be better the thread would of been about how to prove reform, NOT GIVEME FREE STUFF.

I actually paid most of my current skins so it's not about skins. What is frustrating me is fact that I don't know when this Shiet will end. Like chat restrictions it says "10 games remaining". But this sh*t just keep apearing every single game without any cooldown counter.

Does the honor system affect this ? If I get some amount of honors... ?
