Is this a bug ? - You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions

So I played a lot of games and my friends got the loot (chests or keys) but I didn't for this reason: "You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions".

I had chat restriction like 1 month ago and I still can't get the loot ??

I've seen a lot of people complaining about this. Id doesn't even show how or when that will disappear.

It seems more likely a bug to me. Something bad in the system.

I've seen a lot of popular players/streamers/YouTubers playing with chat restriction so tell me who did not got this STUPID chat restriction. So why people can't get loot after a long time they've been punished.

LoL system is like the worse in gaming history. The More Riot is trying to solve the toxicity and behavior the more people rage and flame. The bad guys play still and those normal that just got pissed off in one game are being banned and punished.
