You don't get it. Riot actually wants these players, that's why they don't get banned. These guys are saved up and specifically put into your games when you are in promos, or if you are on a winning streak. Don't say anything to them though or you will get banned!
Not sure why anyone expects anything better with the totally for-game-balance-and-health-and-not-for-money balancing. Costs too much to actually put effort into banning people like this, when they can actually just use them to affect winrates. Win-win for them.
I've seen this on a streamer's stream. there's a Elo booster who gets them to a high Elo then they play them selves and lose a whole bunch of games
Lol is this the guy that goes jg master yi or trynd and just PVEs? Refuses to hit enemy champions and just jungles all game while occasionally going into lanes to steal cs? I thought he was just trolling me but I was baffled when I saw him do it for 15 games straight. If he's at 50 I couldn't even imagine the severity of his mental illness. His acc had a cool name too, what a waste of brain mass.
Naming and shaming should always be allowed for these types of players....rofl
