Not sure why anyone expects anything better with the totally for-game-balance-and-health-and-not-for-money balancing. Costs too much to actually put effort into banning people like this, when they can actually just use them to affect winrates. Win-win for them.

I thought he was just trolling me but I was baffled when I saw him do it for 15 games straight. If he's at 50 I couldn't even imagine the severity of his mental illness.
