Aparently talking about how i was called a f6t is enough to go straight to a two week suspension on an account that I have had since 2011.

No, they are definitely not. I've talked to them about many many things and they have replied in detail that only actual people can do.

They do have some general responses that may seem to be automated but they are still people.

Keep talking to support, till someone will actually read it, if it is really the only thing you were banned for, then you should be unbanned. You obviously didn't call anyone that yourself.

The first 1 to 3 posts are automated, as their text indicate nobody read the message. AFter I stated this out on here, for some reason EUNE support have started to give me human written reply after 1 automated reply. Apparenlty Riot did not have any idea that European cheap labor countries has to be supervised to get job done due Soviet practices.

What is the point of repeating something offensive said to you in champ select in the game as well? What possible good can come of that?
