How to stop raging RIGHT AWAY

Let's put it this way, when you're playing a game with a 4 man and they feed, it's always normal to feel mad or irritable because these guys are intentionally trolling, saying anything isn't gonna make it any better, and if you rage at these people, they're just gonna 4 man report you and you lose your acc because of it.

Just because you rage hard at that 1 game and you already lose your acc... it isnt worth it.

bad games are inevitable, its always natural to lose, but never natural to lose yourself

The best thing that I learned is that there is NO POINT RAGING at these people, because after that bad game, you're never going to see them again. There is no way in hell I'm gonna rage at people I'll never see again lol... not worth losing my acc over to some strangers.

tldr: whats the point of raging at these trolls if youre never gonna see them again.
