Hello I was wondering if maybe there was a way to talk to Riot support to get my 14 day suspension off. They always pander to peoples whim when they want to report toxicity but never trolling and I think that should be changed. Thank you.
Trolls get punished as well, you can submit a ticket, but you are more likely to get a response by the time a 14 day ban is over.
Yep you have to file a support ticket and go through debating with them for about a week maybe two before you even get your account back or get them to consider doing such Sadly and they only respond once a day true fact, First time it took about a week maybe a bit longer I think, Today is 3 days waiting for them to actually reply again because of a troll getting me banned so yeah.
Make a ticket and play the waiting game, then just keep replying and be respectful :3.
What is trolling specifically?
They won't remove a suspension unless the punishment was handed out in error. Also keep in mind that when dealing with you Riot will not take into account what other players where doing. They deal with everyone individually and it will only be your actions that resulted in the suspension.
