Hello, I was wondering why it is telling me I am unable to get loot due to previous behavior restrictions. My last restriction was a chat limitation months ago and I don't understand why that is being used against me. Please let me know how, when and if this can even be fixed.

Hethalean2 votesI don't think that they've released a statement saying what time frame which chat restrictions make you ineligible for rewards. I am pretty sure that it isn't as soon as you're off the chat restriction that you can get rewards. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can verify?
minkazman1 votesI am not sure, but I didn't get off of it recently it was months ago. I also read reports of people that haven't gotten punished in years being reprimanded and not allowed to get loot. Hopefully Riot can fix this.

A lot of the people claiming to have not had punishments in the recent past, have been willfully forgetful of their punishments.
I am not saying that you fall into this category, but it seems to be a common theme.

Unless you own all the skins, then it is easy.
