Toxicity and Intentional Throwing is Everywhere

Recently league has been absolute hell to play which sucks because I love the game. I'm constantly matched with people who flame everybody, throw after first blood, and constantly tell people to kill themselves or use racial slurs. I've reported these people and even send riot some specific cases when I was harassed outside of the game but they do not do anything. I want to be able to play a fair 5v5 and not have constant dc's and throwers on my team. Riot please wake up and get something done because this game is not as fun as it used to be.

P.S. - Please remove conqueror from the game bruisers are so busted right now and you can't even build armor anymore. At least remove the true damage please.
