We need LP Refunds on losses due to Bugs Glitches and when Remakes are not offered when they should

So I played a game and my mid laner was dc since the beginning but I was not offered a remake. This game ended with me being demoted to Plat 4 from Plat 3. I contacted support and they said that they couldn't do anything about my unfair rank loss. However, other games like Rainbow Six Siege have implemented a system where they will refund your rank if you lose to hacker or someone who is bug abusing. Being arguably the largest game on pc, I feel that League should introduce a similar system that will refund players' ranks if they lose because of a connection problem due to League servers or champion bugs. It becomes very frustrating losing my rank due to a problem completely out of my control and if I'm going to be demoted I want it to be on my own terms. Not to a server problem.
