Restricted from gaining loot ?

So i got chat restricted few day's ago and even though i have been trough the 10 games you have to play with the restriction i still don't get any loot, how long does it take for someone to start gaining loot again, how many games, weeks months ?

I think someone on the boards said 3 months with no punishments. Though I am not for sure.
