Reporting Players Outside of Game Client

There are so many toxic players you have to deal with on a daily basis, and on top of that, we have to deal with lag and client issues. Combine the 2 and at times lag or client issues with force me to skip the stats screen or the game will just not give me a chance to report players that deserve it. Almost daily I receive a message saying that a report I put in has punished a player for bad behavior. I love to see that, but sometimes I don't get the opportunity and it's a missed chance to punish toxic behavior. Please add an outside of game option on the website or on the client lobby at least.
