I have played around or over 200 games since getting unbanned on January 9, 2017. I am not asking to start flaming again, but more to stop being so paranoid about getting permabanned. I think I started receving hextech loot again ~50 games ago. Thanks.

You probably dropped a punishment tier, as both the loot and dropping vary based on behavior and take about the same time. So, you can relax, but as DTN said, it's only real reform if it lasts. Things can escalate really quickly if you go back to your old ways.

Fully clean / reformed account? far from it.
